 Looking Back Productions' commitment is in pleasing our clients and assisting them in preserving their story, through photographs, videos, music, and in-depth interviews.  We will capture YOUR MOMENT, with all of its emotion, to be re-experienced time and time again, on a DVD created for you.  Whether it's a DVD for a birthday, or a football game, a memorial, or a personal interview, we pledge to please you.

Since we all have the basic human need to know where we come from and to anchor ourselves in a  past that we can understand, as historians, we offer a comprehensive service, including project planning, as needed, historical research, editing, technical expertise, and state of the art recording equipment.  Our narrator is Jim Stagg, a popular radio personality in Chicago, known for his in depth interviews of various celebrities.

Our Staff:

Jim Stagg:  Jim Stagg entertained Chicago at several local radio stations.  In addition to personality and voice, he is perhaps best remembered for Stagg's Starbeat.  This program feature was in-depth, provocative, and insightful interviews with music celebrities, local, national and international.  Just a few of the artists passing through his studio were Neil Diamond, Ray Charles, Sinatra, The Rolling Stones, Supremes, Monkee's, and Simon & Garfunkel.

During his career he hosted a nightly show interviewing political figures, authors, and cultural personalities.

One of the real treats for Jim and his listeners was the extensive one-on-one interviews he conducted with The Beatles while traveling with them during their three American tours.  He captured, on tape, their reactions and comments in every city and after each concert.

Jim established and developed a very successful music retailing business.  Starting with a shop in Skokie, Record City soon expanded to five Chicago locations and two in Orlando.

Now retired but desirous of something new and fulfilling, Jim is anxious to return to some of those earlier roots, interviewing very special people and thier extraordinary lives.  With his ability to guide the conversation and provoke memories, he will help you and your loved one connect the generations and preserve the story of your life.

Valene Staggs:  Owner of Echo's Inc., a unique Northshore antique dealership. Valene says, "My burning interest is preserving the past for the present and future generations."  Photography has been a life long passion of Valene. 

Dina Jaske:  Extensive expertise developing custom CD's and DVD's. CEO of Allmusic Inc., an audio/video retailing chain. Dina has over 15 years experience in Video and Music editing, along with extensive knowledge in music.
